How to handle estimated information

The region and organization that can be determined from your IP address are estimates based on registered information and may not match your current location or contract partner. This is especially true when it comes to VPNs and mobile networks.

The IP address is information that identifies the connection environment. Please do not post publicly, but only share as necessary with trusted contacts.

Specific example: Organizing access restriction inquiry information

If the service you cannot connect to uses IP restrictions, you will need the global IP address at the time of the inquiry.

We summarize the IP, confirmation date and time, line used, and errors that occurred, and do not share unnecessary screen information.
