Items to check first
- Check whether the tool's supported format matches the actual file format.
- Check to see if the file has only the extension changed.
- See if you can open the same file in another application.
- Update your browser to the latest version and reload the page.
- Try the same operation with a smaller test file.
If you want to stop on a large file
During in-browser processing, in addition to the file itself, data being analyzed and data after conversion are also retained in memory. Even if a file size limit is not displayed, the range that can be processed will vary depending on the device's free memory and the total number of pixels of the image.
- Close unnecessary tabs and applications
- Process fewer files at a time.
- Reduce image dimensions or shorten audio duration before trying again.
If saving does not start
Check browser restrictions on multiple downloads and pop-ups, along with permission to write to the selected destination. Downloads may be restricted by organizational policies on managed work or school devices.
When reporting a problem
Remove confidential information, then include the browser, operating system, file format, steps, and displayed error. Reproducible test data that does not require the original file can make troubleshooting easier.
