About this tool

Before you launch a game or emulator, you can check the input status and signs of problems with your PlayStation, Xbox, retro, or arcade controller.

Features

How to use

  1. Connect your gamepad to your device and press any button to make it recognized by your browser.
  2. Select the device and display layout, and operate each button and stick.
  3. Check coloring, input values, diagnostics, and event logs, then save results as JSON as needed.

Limitations

  • A browser with HTTPS environment that supports Gamepad API is required. Depending on the device, it will not be displayed in the list until you press the button after connecting.
  • Button numbers, vibration functions, and special input recognition depend on the gamepad, OS, driver, and browser.

Privacy: Analysis and diagnosis of gamepad input is performed within the browser, and input history is not sent or saved to the Develop Tools server. Only custom assignments set by the user are saved.
